A NOTE ABOUT VINTAGE
Most items in our shop have already lived a prior life, and as such, they may have imperfections. Who among us does not? We try our best to point out imperfections that might impact your buying decisions, but please understand that wear and tear associated with regular use should be expected.
SHIPPING
We ship most smaller items via USPS and most other items via UPS Ground. To reduce our impact on the environment, we reuse boxes and shipping materials whenever possible. If your item is a gift or you would prefer new shipping materials, just let us know.
You can expect your order arrive within about a week to 10 days. Shipping furniture takes longer and can take some coordination, so we'll be in touch after your purchase to make arrangements. Or feel free to send an inquiry prior to purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final on vintage and found items, including all furniture. We understand you may need more information before committing to a purchase. To request additional photos or information, please contact us.
New, unused/unopened items may be returned within 14 days.
HOLDS
Our ability to hold an item is determined on a case-by-case basis. We typically cannot hold newly listed items.
Approved holds require a 25% deposit, and are good for 48 hours. The deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase of the item, or converted to store credit if not purchased within the 48-hour window. Refunds are not given for hold deposits.
